I am so sorry I don't know her name but all credit to a company for employing such a lovely lady. I've just spoken with Julie and it is Judith that will look after your fabric. I give her 10/10.

Very helpful when checking supplies for the craft group I work with ( a group with dementia) yes access is a problem for those with less mobility. Staff aware of issue&Happy to discus ways round this though. Overall a great shop, run by staff who genuinely enjoy crafting themselves.
